Anybody recognize this amp?

I seen this amp on eBay and was wondering if anybody recognizes it? I am interested in trying to get a layout or schematic of it. It looks very interesting and am wondering how good it sounds. I have talked to George about it and he says it's one of his early boards, but he did not build or modify it. The seller has only told me that he is not in a position to share that schematic and it is a basic 4-stage, cascaded gain stage setup. George thought that it might be the amp that BMF5150 from the forum tweaked for a year or so and them sold. So, if there's anyone out there (BMF5150) that can help, I'd appreciate it.
