i have assorted japenese and american tubes that look and test very good with lo noise and high gain if you havent tried japenese tubes your in for a surprise. matsushida raytheon and toshiba and futaba factorys were set up by mullard and rca, with that in mind the japs may have not invented tubes, but there are few things they havent perfected electronically . they are very long lasting tubes and most of the amp and hifi companys that used tubes in the mid 70s equipped amps with them these were from los alamos surplus for govt equip and all have high test scores. in a b summing test these stand up to just about every good euro tube.also quite a few american tubes as well that are in great shape . anyhow seeing as we are all suffering a bit from economics im selling 3 for 60 plus a 2 dollar shipping charge if your going to spend 45 on jjs or eh garbage. this is a much more viable alternative to new stock. there are 20 or 30 available ,i would also like to say lets all support george and the forum here , without this place things would be quite a bit different for alot of folks! thanks tt
