Just found this site and have been curious about building an amp for a while.What equipment is needed in the building process as far as testing values and biasing etc.

a multimeter is the only REQUIRED equipment for building/testing an amp. (mine is 600v) There are many other gadgets you can get for troubleshooting (oscilloscope, etc) but the only testing equipment I have is a fluke multimeter for measuring volts and biasing the amp. Welcome to the board!
