Just 're read that Nikeel, you have already answered the question. 400v ish low tap ala 70's or 430v ish high tap ala 68.

Has any one used the Classic Tone 1202-118 PT? If so what plate voltage are you seeing?

Low volts 380 ish was common on latter 2204/1987 era amps (later 70's).

430 is normal for a handwired 50 watt.

sorry, its a marstran running 230+v wall voltage into the 230v primary. Heater voltage is 6.3+v

So I contacted Classic Tone' s tech help and was directed to the above link.

With my limited knowledge the guidance says 456v but that would be with 240v mains input?

We are more like 230v in the UK so how would that hold up?

I haven't heard back from Mr Wallace yet but definitely need to get back in touch for an O.T and Choke at the least.
