I read dirtycooters other post "Gear-porn new rack" regarding his bitchin' rig and how the Palmer PGA-05 was a major component of it.

I've been debating whether or not to buy the PGA-05 because it is lots of $$$ but you get what you pay for. German Engineering is top drawer and they just proved to me that their customer service is every bit as good.

Not many companies would offer to fix at 13 year old piece of equipment, free of charge, by sending parts half-way around the world.

Palmer, you just made another customer.

Should be done swappin things around this week and doin the transplant. Been super busy last week and this weekend with halloween costume parties and other stuff my girl dragged me into but cannot wait to get this thing back together. I will have to bust some ass to do it aside a 60hr work week. Man I hate 12 hour shifts!
The parts were meticulously packed and shipped when they arrived. Inside were also a dozen blue picks with Palmers logo and a product catalog. Everything was double boxed and foam padded.
From a direct mic replication, to signal splitting, lineout box with or without filtering, its the greatest box of its kind ever made.
Wished they had more exposure in the market here than what they do. Palmers are relatively obscure and hard to find but are becoming more and more available. Everyone raves about them that has one though as do I.
And the best part is its analog! No digital b.s.
One thing it has also helped me do is run some delays in the wet cabs that are more crafted as far as low and high fidelity is concerned. You can take the low end smoothly off or the top end or both of any delay box. So it helps with getting delays to sit along with dry amp tone as well.

ITS FIXED!!! :toast:

HUGE THANKS TO ROBIN HENLICH!!!!!

He sent me a new power supply, and control and input module free and only requests I send the old parts back to him. The swap was really easy and the unit is very serviceable so big thumbs up to its design and care in engineering. A little upgrade change had been made to the newer parts and I had a wiring question in which I sent him a pic and he gave the the thumbs up to give it a test run. Good as new

I LOVE THIS BOX!!!!! And ROBIN HENLICH IS THE COOLEST GUY EVER!!! 8)
