Wanting to commission someone who has ToneX!

Hello! I just returned my second Tonex pedal today because I cannot for the life of me get past like, the second step of figuring out EVERYTHING that the ik multimedia eco system expects from users. I created the account, I registered the pedal, downloaded the product manager then everything from there is just so poorly explained as far as what the next steps are...

ANYWAY- I'm a bit thick... But I know I'm not the only one who has had difficulty trying to access simply just connecting the pedal, buying the brown sound package and loading it into the pedal for external use.

This is ALL that I've been trying to do. So since I appear to be so bad at it, I was wondering if anyone who successfully has ToneX capabilities on their computer, if I could be in contact with you, purchase the pedal and send it to you, pay for the brown sound tone package, have you load all of the captures onto the pedal and send it back to me, I will gladly pay you for your troubles as well... I just can't get it to work with my MBP and I cannot seem to get the support from ik, or anyone on YouTube, the steps, from A-Z so I can use these on the pedal itself. I don't want any other sounds or captures, I just want the Brown Sound 78 79 pack loaded onto a pedal. If you're able to help, please let me know!
