Marshall 50w PTP Problem

Hey fellas,

I finished installing a PTP board in my Marshall 50w Reissue, and after everything as we had followed, we did some voltage testing.

We got 490 on the mains and checking the heater voltage we got 49 VAC instead of 6.3 VAC on the tube sockets. What seems wrong.

I have posted some high-res shots of the install. Can anybody tell what may be the culprit?

I was hoping some of your guru's could help me out.
