BB reissue board install

i have installed the board in the chassis and channel 2 sounds amazing, however, channel 1 sounds weak up to 8 on volume then sounds like an electronic meltdown. also when jumpered, channel 1 completely takes over. have gone through schematic and can't figure it out. local amp tech couldn't either, so you obi wans are my only hope. any advice.
