jtm45 reissue

Does anyone know where the mounting holes should be for a ptp board on the reissue? On the picture of Metros jtm45 there is a large cap in the middle of the board and it is not on the reissue board that he did sell. without the cap I need to know how to layout the board for the correct amount of spaces.
