BC Cap Polarity

Hey guys my BC caps don't have a plus or negative on them. Is the side with the 2 indents and rounded edge the positive end? Just need to know for wiring my bias section on my 72' SLP
The positive end has the blue shield covering right up to the lead. The negative side has the black stripe arounf the end and the blue shield doesn't cover everything.
