What is good to use?

Switching power supply control chip selection: UC3844, VIPER series, topswitch series. What is good to use?
Output +5V, plus or minus 15V, +24V, 15V is not isolated. Input 85～220AC, the total power is about 20 watts.
I have seen three kinds of control chips. UC3844 is the most widely used in similar products, but it does not integrate power tubes inside, and there are many peripheral devices. The VIPER I use is 12, and the frequency is fixed at 60K, so the transformer will be larger and the PCB will have to be bigger. I prefer to use top223, but the top series is rarely used in similar products. I am worried about its stability, and the price of a single tube seems to be the highest.
