65-66 JTM45 PTs : 1202-118 vs 1202-55 vs Selector one

Hi
someone can tell me the differences (both in size and values) between the different PTs of '65-'66 JTM45s ?? so far Ive seen :

-) 1202-118 (the one Ive seen most coupled with 784-128 OT)
-) 1202-55 (with OT 784-103)
-) Selector one (coupled with a Selector type OT I think this is then oldest setup)
