There is 2 inputs and 2 outputs. There is A and B sides that i think you can do that.

Yes,the PS-6 and the PS-3 both do that, not the PS-5. The lowest setting on all three are -5. However, after reading the PDF it seems you can only do shifting of the same number, you can't do,say, -10/+5 only -10/+10.harddriver wrote:Will the pitchfactor as a single unit detune -10 cents and +10 cents in stereo sent to different output jacks so you can run a true Wet(-10) Dry Wet(+10cents) setup?
It would be nice to detune less than -5 cents for a more accurate FW tone but these little pedals aren't bad by any means.
Mr Bodine So the single PS-6 allows you to set two different detunes and sends them out separate output jacks?
What is the lowest cent setting on the PS-6 is it still -5 cents?

Yes. The Pfactor has a left and right side that work independant in stereo so you can go up and down on either side. But I think that won't mean much after you hear micro pitch detune do its thing.

Re: Boss PS-5 vs Eventide Pitchfactor for detune effect
Well, got my Eleven Rack in today and been messing with it for about 10 hours now. I have to say I'm pretty disappointed in the unit. I just cant seem to get anything to sound good. No matter what I choose it sounds muffled and I cant get enough sensitivity to do any legato type runs (the noise gate is off). I got a much better early VH sound running my Wampler through a Tonelab on a clean settings and a MUCH better FUCK tone on a POD HD500 w/PS-5.
Sorry for the rant but the 11r completely took the wind out of my sails...

Alright so it's starting to warm on me a little. Here's my attempt at FUCK/Balance era tone using the PS-6 (+10/-10)and the Soldano amp in Eleven Rack. Forgive the playing,I just started learning The Dream is Over today to try out the tone. The first clip is with EQ to boost the highs a little and the 2nd is random wankery with a flat EQ.

That sounds good, congrats! Just a vote for the Pitchfactor -- had one, had to sell it , could do various shades of Eventide Ed all day long, plus a lot of other things....
At it awhile, still learnin'
