I think that maybe a should try to modify the input in the pcb in order to attach the 33k grid resistor directly to the tube socket pin, I remember that read somewhere that if not doing that way the amp could squeal. do you think that could solve the issue?

Can't hurt. I usually go with that method when its quick and easily reversible.

A 4x12 really adds a lot. I was using 2x12 for a little while a few years ago because the was sick of hauling a 4x12 around all the time. When I switched back to a 4x12 things were much better.

Everyone's getting some nice tones

Here's my latest tweaks trying to reduce the high end fizziness and shape the mids a bit more. I've put in a JJ EEC803S in the phase inverter, which has helped quite nicely and added some sweetness and also cut some bass muddiness. Changed my presence cap to 0.15u MKT1813 instead of the 0.1u Sozo nexgen. Also got a GE-7 to shape the tone and gain a bit more.

Nice work BRM. Is this based on the 34 spec?

Thanks. No, not really like a 34. More like a '69 superlead with two added stages not as cold as a 34 style.
