blowing fuses in Blues Pearl Verbrasonic

Fuse keeps blowing, but only if I have the amp cranked, so there must be a problem with something that draws current. Power tubes? Filter caps? Just so you know, this is basically like a Fender Vibrosonic without the vibrato, just one channel with three knob reverb running two 6L6's and a 5AR4 rec. 4 12AX7's in the preamp. Reverb tranny looks a little rusted on the outside, too. Could that be a problem?
