Jst change the values around. Take a look at the JTM45 instructions on the JTM45 page and youll see what the correct values are. YOu have to remove teh .68/2.7k cathode pair on the right end of the board. YOu have to remove the 500p cap bypassing one of the 470k resistors (which is 270k on JTMs), you have to remove the .68 cap on V2, and the 2 10k2W resistors in the middle (leading to 50u filters under the board) are changes around so that the filter is a single axial filter for both preamp tubes and is on board in place of one of those resistors.
