hey All, been a while since I was on here...
Does anyone have any info on Victory Amps?
I went and saw Richie Kotzen live last Saturday night... I've been a fan since '89, but never caught him live...
Good God, what a talent.
So he played his Signature Strat and Signature Tele that night, he was running through his new signature Victory Amps RK50C Combo, and his tone was incredible, the Tremolo sounded huge with the Combo and extension cab both miked and split through the house system...
What I know, due to a bit of research and asking him at the pre-show meet and greet:
50 Watts via EL-34s
He was running the 1x12 Combo with a 1x12 extension cab, the other setup was a spare.
The Controls are:
Gain
Tone
Reverb
Master
Tremolo Speed
Tremolo Depth
and it has a High/Low Power Switch
I am thinking it would be based on a Marshall design with the tremolo circuit, no Tone Stack, just a simple tone control.
Think a JTM45 Tremolo Circuit would be a good place to start?
A bit of Amp Porn from that evening

Re: Victory Amps RK50C?
I read that Victory amps is owned by Martin Kidd the guy that owned Cornford Amps and is his new company. Kotzen played Cornford too.
I think his build lean towards the Hiwatt end of things. I am fairly sure his turret boards are wired like Hiwatts.
