Early 1968 Fender super reverb amp unmolested

Hi Guys and Others I bought this all original 68 super reverb amp a few weeks ago for cheap money. Original minus the grill cloth changed to black still retains the drip edge aluminum trim , untouched inside AB763 chassis ,Found the power transformer is bad no B+ volts so Have Heyboer for now to install , Mercury Magnetics wants $600. Plus to rewind original transformer yikes. Heyboer has three different taps secondary 100v, 312v, and 348v pretty cool they do this so you have choice leads I will try the 312v taps see how it sounds ,I went thru last eve cleaned all ground c scheme up and cleaned controls checked all wire solder joints etc, these amps were known for horrible grounds ,I may go to adjustable bias pot and remove 2ea puf caps at power tube sockets that CBS added to these to quiet down? Will post pictures of progress.
