Input Jack ??

I have a Soho 4 tube 2channel preamp It is a Kitty Hawk but better.The input jack broke and when I went in to check it It has a total of 9 pins 8 in the back and a ground,its black plastic and the input is covered too so it won't ground to chassie. I looked in the Mouser catalog but cant find it .Does anyone know what kind it is.Save me a big hassel and 100 mile trip
