Stereo into a guitar cab with powerful SS amp......
I am using an ART-SLA2 into a guitar cab. The amp is running 280watts @ 4Ohms per channel. The guitar cab has a 4Ohm 120watt power rating per side. I am using this in a stereo configuration with an Axe Fx. Is it safe to run this setup? I am under the impression that it's okay as long as I don't clip the poweramp. But, one wouldn't want to distort a SS poweramp anyway, right?
Well it sounds raga, don't want to go raga on this stuff...

Unlikely you will run out of headroom with that amount of power driving guitar/mostly mid frequencies. Let alone hard clipping enough to fry the speakers. Soft occasional clipping you may not notice at all. My 2 cents.
