I guess it's OK but it still has that "jet plane with asthma" PV sound.

I've got one. IMO, it's much better than the original version with 6L6s. They factory modded the crunch channel to get it cleaner and more articulate and the lead channel also to be more articulate and quiet. I like it myself and use the crunch channel quite a bit. A must try if you like the 5150 series.
