A friend had his 6550 make a pop when he flicked the stby to on and then it died. Sounded like a fuse blew. He sent me the following pic. Can anyone help identify the light blue cylinder in the pic. Its shaped like a long fuse and wrapped in a light blue film layer. He says theres no markings on it at all. It was soldered to the daughter card, which I thought was weird if it was a fuse.
