Laney late 60's PA/Guitar Head

Ok, can anybody tell me anything about this amp? I'm thinking of trading a 1996 Strat in ok condition for it. I don't know if I'm allowed to post links to craigslist ads, so if not, I apologize in advance. Seems like it would be a good trade value wise, but I want the blessings of the amp gurus.
