AC10 SRT SCHEMATIC QUESTION

I am trying to understand this schematic i found.I can follow most of it except where V2b has a coupling cap before the plate resistor(something i have not seen before) wouldn't that put 100s of VDC on the grid of the gain stage before the phaseinverter?Can someone more knowledgeable please explain how this works.Any help appreciated and thanks in advance!
