Unknown resistor on a leg of my YBA-1's PI

Can anyone tell me the function of this additional 47K on one leg of my PI on my 71 YBA1? Other PI values are standard. I'm curious because it does not appear on many versions of the amp nor is it on the fender/marshall long tailed pair. I attached the schematic of the PI.
