So I ordered a brand-new Java Boost from Keeley on 2/12/2011.
I called first to be sure they are in stock and he tells me they are ready to go.
So I order through Paypal and hear nothing for 2 weeks!
After 2 weeks of many emails requesting any info, I file a complaint for "Item not recieved".
Almost immediately I finally start getting emails requesting me to cancel the complaint. (WTF!!?)
Still waiting for a refund
Be ready for a long QUIET wait if you order from this clown. YA BEEN WARNED.

He has a long reputation for great service. Sounds like your transaction didn't go well, but Keeley a Clown..please.

Are you in the states? In Europe they put the day first then the month in US they put the month first then the day. If you order ten days ago not two weeks you should wait and apologize. If you ordered in February you have every right to complain.

Keeley has had some of the best customer service I've ever dealt with, it's been a few years since I've got anything from them though. Phil

Same here. No issues ever with him. Something is amuck here...
