Anyone have or know the circuit of a colorsound tonebender?

Hey,
I just built a colorsound tonebender, and when i try to put a wah in front of it, it doesn't exactly work properly. every time i sweep the wah, the volume goes down, and then slowly up again, as if the pedal was "recharging." Was this normal on the originals? Anyone have any solutions?

I think it suffers the usual fuzz problems. They usually don't want to see any other pedal in front of them.
