Anyone ever rack mount a hotplate?

I've got a gig next week and I'd like to tidy up the rig and get my hotplate and slave amp into a rack. Has anyone figured out a great way to rack the hotplate?

I would get one of those slide out rack shelves and mount it. I haven't seen any add on rack ear type things for them.
