Suitable tape for echoplex....

My plex has been working flawlessly for 1 week (minus self oscillate), and it has made me realize that another echo could never satisfy me. Since I'm now in it for the long hall with this thing, I wanna pick up a reel of proper lubricated tape to reload cartridges. I have used 8 track tape in the past so I have become fairly proficient at splicing. Is Fidelipac cobalt lubricated HOLN good for use in plex's, if not what do you recommend and from where?

Check out Regis's site. Just google Regis and Echoplex.

Thanks man, yeah I've checked out Regis' site before, pretty awesome. I'm either going with JOA or Cart Guys. I wasn't sure cart guys was still around but apparently he is, just lost his help.

Yeah man, I've got a cartridge from orbit, and I really like the design, but I'd like to use a more vintage correct tape formulation, and have the ability to reload myself. My Plex is so close to being done, it gets a beautiful echo sound now, but in needs to sustain more for oscillation and whatnot. Hopefully me and my tech can get it sorted out.
