Mojovibe question

I think I might try and get a proper Univibe clone soon. I had a late '90's Microvibe and it was definately 'MICRO' for sure. The Dunlop Univibe reissue (late '90's) was spot on though. The price difference was what I went with (Microvibe) sure wish I had gotten the Dunlop

.
Anyways, I was listening to an old cassette of the Mojo vibe (demoed by) Bob Sweet (rip) that he sent me (cassette) shortly after that 1996 Guitar Player 'univibe' shootout. His unit sounded AMAZING !
Was wondering if the currently produced Mojovibe's are still that good ?

I haven't had one in a while, but they are great. I think at the time of his passing, his wife took over production. I loved the MoFaux Vibe. Small and sounded great. But the Mojovibes are nice. Sorry I can't answer about the current production.

Good choice.
Some good ones out there and some not.
As long as it has that double pulse feel it covers the bases.
A lot of clones miss that mark which is an inherent quality that the vibe is known for.
In other words the cheap ones have more of a phaser type pulse.

I have a mojo vibe, it sounds good there are pots inside to fine tune it. I also have a KR Mega Vibe which I really like but those are very hard to come by

Yes he still makes them one at a time mostly for people he knows

I know him if you are interested I can talk to him, he also makes a killer Gypsy Fuzz, and Octave Doubler.
