I got a million guitars hanging around, and it's been years since I tried a DSD. Is there a prefered combination?
scale? 24.75 or 25.5
bridge? floyd, vintage trem, tonepros type
body wood?
Just looking for a good match. Alder 25.5 Fender trem?
Which bridge for a DSD?

Re: Which bridge for a DSD?
I liked my DSD in the bridge of my main guitar ('83 Tokai TST-56 Strat), BUT, I find it really likes the bridge spot in my Les Paul ( TradeTang clone). I actually like a Seymour Duncan Hotrail better than any full sized hb'er in my strat.
A strat, due to its scale length and construction (bolt on maple neck, etc) has a more 'modern' type tone, as compared to a 24 3/4 scale Gibson, so almost ANY pu is gonna sound pretty good. A Gibson needs more push and compression imo. A DSD really sounds good in a Paul.
