Anyone have or know of a source for the record/erase head for an EP3? I am not getting any continuity on one of my record/erase heads.

I also have an email into Orbitz and CM to see if they have any.

Thanks

Yes, Regis is great. I got a reply from Tony at Orbitz.

http://www.magneticheadcompany.com/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; I have an email into them

I have been finding out quite a bit about the EP3 by trial and error. I have one of my two working nearly perfect or what I think is nearly perfect. I still believe I need a new record/erase head because I can't get it to erase.

One big thing I have learned is the affect changing how the record/erase head contacts the tape is huge in how the unit works.

I still think we need an Echoplex page on the Metro Forum.
