anybody have experience in making Dunlop GCB-95 crybaby's into true bypass? I have found some online instructions that talk about removing the buffer should I do this too. What should I expect from the sound? I am sick of losing gain with my crybaby on my pedal board!

Check out Stuart Castledine's excellent site on wah mods, Google his name. His other site wah-wah.co.uk. also excellent. I ordered stuff from him.
