They're generally labeled "Philips ECG". I think they're Chinese, maybe from the 80's???

Thanks Kevin! they are out of a new friend's Marshall 9005. It was blowing the HT fuse because one of these were terminal, & the others were in pretty bad shape. He said they sounded good & wanted to know. Have a good week bud!
