VM Made in Great Britain 12AX7 - Mullards?

Curious to see what the experts think these are. Voice of Music and made in Great Britain obviously, that suggest Mullard? One flashes when hit with heaters, but I can only read one code on it: B1E. The other doesn't flash but has these codes: 261 (pretty sure on that) and B1F. Both also have 1022-143 written vertically up the tube as well.

Yes, made at the Mullard factory in Blackburn, 1961, May and June. The type code is actually "I61". The "1022" indicates the distributor in N. America, it's from later in 1961.

Lots of Mullard 12AX7s in Voice of Music tape recorders, etc., especially in the 1958-63 period. Other cool vintage components as well.

I got a fairly good score then, I don't think the seller knew what they were. No microphonics or noise either.
