2001 EI smooth plate Telefunken-copies, $11 each. It's pretty awesome in V1 of my plexi clone. I have to say, I might actually like them more than Mullard short plates.

Slightly more low end rumble/grind, a hair smoother, and maybe a hair quieter.

I like 'em... and for $11, I LOVE them.

That's probably them. What do you think of the tubes? I'd love to hear others' opinions.

ill report back gonna play the amp some today - keep in mind they are teh first tube i have put in my build so i have nothing to compare them with

yeah :0 Terry did tell me these would kill any of the pep boy tubes on the market
