I suppose it is from early Lorenz days, made at Stuttgart plant.

45 degree getters were common in the early days..... '50s early '60s.... Looks a bit RFT'ish from certain angles.

Did Lorenz ever make their own tubes? Rebrand?

Yes they made their own tubes in Stuttgart plant in early days, but those tubes are very rare. After early days, they just started to sell rebranded tubes, from Siemens and Telefunkens to EI and RFTs.
