Seems to be from the JJ factory, they mention Czech. Not familiar with those tall KK audiophile tubes. Maybe we should build a guitar amp with those.

845 tubes are very nice pieces of kit. Not sure they'd lend themselves to power tube distortion nicely though.
A friend of mine used to have a really nice Unison Audio single ended 845 hifi amp, and it was really sweet but authoritative. Absolutely thrashed the pants off my well serviced Leak TL12's I had at the time.

WOW! Check the price of those tubes you saw going into that box though. :shock:

JJ is from Slovakia. These are made somewhere here in the Czech republic. Wonder where though! I wasn't aware of any tube making factory here..
