Looks like an excellent job, Reidar! Only thing I would improve is stretching the grille cloth tighter, but you need two pairs of hands to get it done.

I'll email you about the rattling noise issue.

Looks great! You can tighten up that grill cloth with water. Use a spray bottle set to a fine mist and spray the whole thing, then let it air dry. What little bit of mist that MIGHT get past the cloth will not hurt the speakers so don't worry about it. Just don't soak it. You do not even have to take the cab apart, just mist it and let it dry.
I recovered a cabinet with "Salt & Pepper" grill cloth...picture below. Even though I had it as tight as I thought was possible it still relaxed a little bit after an outdoor gig in the heat. Spraying with water tightened it back up nicely.

nice job! did you pick it up in norway?

Looks like it was originaly purple as well? Why did you not use the original cloth reversed?
