The Celestion G12H-30's: 75hz & 55hz in the same cabinet

Has anybody blended both the 75hz & the 55hz Celestion G12H-30s in a single 4x12 cabinet? If anyone has done this, what are the advantages & disadvantages of blending these speakers? I was thinking about doing this with my 1970 Marshall 4x12 angled cabinet. Putting the 75hz on top & the 55hz on the bottom. Opinions welcomed.

I do this on one of my old slant basketweave cabs, using 8 ohm G12H30 pre rolas. No issues mixing them. You just get a little more bass from the 55hz speakers in the bottom.

I'm thinking of doing the same with 2xT1511 and 2xT1221. Jim, do you have both bass cone speakers at the bottom and lead on top ?

Usually I have the 55hz/bass cones at the bottom. I used to recommend an X pattern, but have concluded the 75hz on top is more of what guitar players want to hear than the 55hz.
