jtm 45/100 cap board hookup help

Post by Jos » Sun Jun 24, 2012 10:58 am

Hi Fellas, after a long eveing of almost going delerious staring at my layout I thought I would ask for some much needed help. I have the jtm 45/100 style cap board with seven caps and six metal can diodes but I have the 1203-80-ml PT with low voltage option and bias taps. I also only have a SPST standby switch. Could someone provide me the detail on each hookup point since it seems I am using a different PT than whats on Georges jtm 45/100 layout which has a DPDT standby switch. Any help is much appreciated. Thanks, Jos

Please let me know if I have posted this in the appropriate area. Thanks

Yes sir. I have been playing 45 and 50 watters for years but this setup has me stumped. I need to get schooled up again on my theory and hopefully will be able to make since of parts/situation. Thanks for any advice

Got it resolved. Just needed to trace all those six diodes and ended up leaving them all in place but really only used 4 as in the 68 superlead cap board layout. All is loud now! Thanks
