Bias Pot?

I'm finally getting to the JTM45 kit I bought about 5 years back. I want to put a good quality bias pot in the thing. I like the look of the ones in the Metroamps Replicas. Are they Piher? Just want to get something reliable. I've heard you should use Cermet but it the ones in the Metroamp Replicas are Piher the black body means they're carbon, right? Any help would be appreciated.
