greensblues - thanks for the kind words. unfortunately, I haven't listened to Heart. perhaps I should.

I'm using '67 jtm50 and '68 jmp50 lead and a komet 60 clone now. they have a little more punch,aggressiveness and power than the 45

Here's my Metro JTM45 through Chinese-made Greenbacks in a 2x12 slant-front open-back Geezer Sound Co. cabinet -- can you hear the red tolex?

Presence and Bass 2, Mid and Treb 10, Volume 10, High Treble channel

Les Paul Heritage 80 with Duncan 59s from 1980 too

The cool stuff starts at 2:08 :wink:

Hi George. I'm really impressed withe the sounds you've got in these samples. Would you mind a short description of the amp's components?(transformers,caps,tubes,etc...)
