Hardwired 16ohm and 8ohm speaker sockets

hey there,

also i want to not use an impdeance selector and hard wire the 16ohm and 8ohm outputs to two different jack sockets.

Am i write in thinking that i wire the 16ohm connection from the OP xformer to the tip of the socket along with the purple cable from the component board connected to the 27k resisitor?

is it OK to use 3w resistors in place of 2w resistors on the component board?
