Normal Channel not working...swapped out V1 tube but no luck

Post by page361 » Mon Apr 30, 2012 1:50 pm

What could cause the Normal Channel to stop working? Bright channel works great... I swapped the V1 preamp tube with the V2 and the Norm Ch still doesn't work but Bright Ch sounds good - there isn't even a "hiss" coming out of the speaker cab when only using the Norm Ch input (both hi and lo) . I've checked all the under board wiring / solder joints and all looks good. Tested the pot and it measures good as well.

Any ideas?
