Mercury Mag OT Wiring??
Perhaps someone can clarify the Merc. Mag OT wiring in my JTM45 DIY. The transformer is a O45JT-16 and the question I have pertains to the red and black primary wires. Which of these wires goes to V4 and which goes to V5?? This was the topic on the Vintage Amps Bulletin Board also. The posted response was the red goes to V4 and the black goes to V5. Is this correct ... if so then George's instructions seems to be reversed (sorry George). Any help here would be appreciated.
