Restoring an old H&H v800

Post by Megaro » Wed May 20, 2015 7:03 pm

I have been using my old but trusty v500 to power the wet speakers in my W/D/W rig. I have an even older H&H V800, well two actually, that need some TLC. A good look over, check the caps, fix up some of the toggle switch, fans, etc. Is there anyone who does this type of work ? Thanks for any help. I have forgotten just how good those old H&H amps sound when supporting a full throttle, top down cranked tube amp. :help:

Thank you ! I have been looking for just such a person for ages. I am in your debt and will report back once it has been brought back up to speed.

Where are you located? Or are you thinking of just shipping to whomever?
