It died pretty quick.
I was active here from 2004 to 2015.

There was a little "clique" that included the previous mods that pretty much made everyone outside that little group feel "less than" and unwelcome. Only the cliques' opinions were welcome.

That's what killed this place. :palm:

The multiple site crashes/outages and losing all the images & links didn't help either.
Wax Capacitor. LoL!

@whopper plate - its likly more than grass greener searchers - culture at large is and apparnlty always was? under attack and near if not complete manipulation - there have been outbursts of real creativti - our hobbi and underground bands being one, but as we can see now the near entireti of the musik industri was contrived and not for the purpose of enjoiment. its now officialli muzak. unless 3-4 piece punk classic rock metal bands who play with 2 gain stages into cabs emerge like right now, with kids or geezers who havent taken the klot, its over. not just the forum...as to that - plexi palace is the precedent. lots of gold lost there too. keep it all in perspective. so long as one can resist the j'hab and remain human 1.0 one has to consider that a sukcess....but then again, is the human of the last few hundred years reali 1.0 or not one of mani hybrids or concoctions..hard to say.

but there is hope https://youtu.be/5u1SEI9KS3E?t=4507
