I can hang with the number of amps, it's the size of that rack that says "tone-sucker" to me.....yuck.

those H/H power amps that eddie used or uses kick ass i think that amp is an H/H. I have been using H/H for about 3 years and they are superb built like tanks but that rack crap kills it totally, so much for a mxr graphic eq, the striped kramer and a 12series plexi.

In 1986 Ed's tone went to hell compared to what he had before. Of course he wasn't the only person to fall victim to the attack of the rack back then.
Why is it we can remember where all the wires go, but can never find a pick?

I know it's probably common, but I could swear I saw an uncovered, hardwood, beat to shit 4 holer like the one on the left hand side on Ebay recently.

Wish I could find the auction again. Looked JUST like it.

Sozo

I know that you know alot more than me, but is that a metal panel amp? It looks like there is another board next to it that would be a filter cap board. And as far as I know the stock design didn't have that huge 32/32 cap on the board. What about those grey wires to the volume pot. Are they stock? Excuse any ignorance I have.

Cheers

Wes
