I have some old Marshalls I'd like to do some sound clips.I have a computer,amp.guitars and a sure 57. Can anybody help and tell me what i need to do/get to record some sound clips? Thanks Mark

Mark, you're gonna need some software to record with
like cakewalk or something else and some kind of small
mixer/pre-amp to get your mic into the computer. If you
use a mixer, you can run the outputs to the line in of the
computer. You'll probably have to get a special cable like
a 1/4" jack on one end with a 1/8" mini jack on the other
end to plug into you're line in of the pc. Also, the line in of
the pc is stereo so you can also have a "Y" cable which
has a stereo 1/8" on one end that splits in to (2) 1/4" jacks
that would go to your mixer/pre-amp outs.
